Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for completed repairs or services.
What Can Be Requested?
We do offer the following options in certain situations:
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you wish to cancel a scheduled repair or service before work has begun, you can do so by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. No cancellation fees will be applied.
- Warranty Claims: We stand by the quality of our work and parts used. If a repair covered under warranty fails to function properly within the designated warranty period, we will happily re-repair the issue free of charge. However, to validate the warranty claim, it is crucial that the vehicle has not been serviced or repaired by any other workshop.
- Dissatisfaction with Service: In the rare case that you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your service completion. We will work diligently to understand your concerns and explore potential solutions, which may include a re-service or partial refund (at our discretion) depending on the situation.

- Proof of service (repair order) may be required for warranty claims and dissatisfaction requests.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the request is made outside the specified timeframe or does not meet the above conditions.

- Decisions on refunds or re-services will be made on a case-by-case basis.
